Bonjour Capital executes core, value-added and opportunistic investment strategies. Our in-house teams specialize in sourcing acquisitions and development opportunities where operational improvements and asset repositioning can add value.
With our opportunistic strategy, we look to create value by acquiring, developing, and redeveloping high-quality residential, office, and mixed-use properties, as well as pursuing targeted investments in undeveloped land parcels.
For value-added opportunities, we primarily seek to acquire existing properties that demonstrate attractive value-creation potential. Capitalizing on our vertically integrated platform, this strategy typically involves investing in capital improvements, leasing, and other revenue enhancements, as well as improving operating efficiencies. The goal is to reposition, redevelop or develop properties to maximize operating income and generate attractive total returns.
Our core strategy focuses on acquiring well-leased, well-maintained buildings in major markets and maintaining strong occupancy with solid tenants. It is intended to yield stable, income-producing portfolios with predictable total returns.
Our in-house team oversees renovation and development efforts, leasing, tenant-build-outs, capital improvements, and marketing.
Once an asset is fully stabilized, we provide high-level, hands-on asset management.
We partner with commercial and residential property management companies who share our vision for growth and passion for quality. We stay actively involved in the day-to-day operations, maintaining oversight of every aspect of the property with daily updates, weekly reports, and regular visits, ensuring each asset is maintained at the Bonjour standard.
